Anonymous-My mam has suffered from alopecia for numerous years and the effect it has had on her life is quite difficult to describe. It knocked her confidence and led her to hid herself away as she was fearful of going out and being judged by her hair loss, despite the fact its a medical condition. For years she has struggled and seeing her so upset was heartbreaking for me, especially after the doctor said there wasn't anything they could do. After doing some research I found the Extension shop, since her first visit her life has changed for the better.  Carol and her team are absolutely amazing, they made my mam and me feel comfortable from the outset and helped her to understand that it is nothing to be ashamed of. The work they have done has left her with a new found confidence that I though she would never have after fitting the most natural hair extensions I have ever seen. I burst in to tears when I saw the finished resultas I was so overcome with sheer happiness as did she.
